Below isthe Privacy Statement that Navigating with Nour LLC. ("Company"," us", " our", and " we") commits to whichoutlines what data we collect and how it is used. 2.  Collection and use of information.

  1. We collect data about you directly from you and automatically throughyour use of our Services. We may combine data automatically collected withother data that we have collected about you including from publicly availablesources. We encourage you to provide only that data that is necessary for usingour Services.
  2. Data collected automatically. Like manywebsites, technologies to receive and store certain types of data when youinteract with us through your device. Using these technologies helps uscustomize your experience with our Services, improve your experience.

3. Sharing your data.

We do not sell your data to any third parties ordisclose it in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. We do notshare your data with others except as indicated within this Policy, or when weinform you at a subsequent time. We may share your data as follows:

  1. With third-party serviceproviders, contractors, or government entities.
  2. We use third-partyservice providers services on our behalf or to assist us with providingservices to you such as: to process payment card transactions, sending emailshosting, IT services, or customer service;

  6. For our own internal business purposes including but not limited toproduct improvement in aggregated, anonymized, and/or de-identified form thatcannot reasonably be used to identify you.

4. Categories of data.

When using Navigating withNour LLC, we collect information including but not limited to the followingpotentially personal data (or “personal information”):

  1. Email: This is used as your account login and we may occasionally sendemails communicating to you. We will not share this with any third party that'snot necessary for the product to function (e.g. it would be shared with ourauthentication provider). We will not share your information or email to any thirdparty that is not necessary.
  2. Entries and Conversations: when you put down thoughts or talk withcoaches or otherwise input data into the Services - that is information that isultimately stored and used in the Services.
  3. AI Artifacts: there are likely artifacts that are generated from yourentries and conversations (e.g. summary, questions, themes); we treat artifactssuch as summaries the same as your raw entries and conversations and treat withthe same encryption method.
  4. Phone Number: If you optionally setup text message reminders or otherphone functionality, your phone number will be stored. We will not share yourphone number to any third party that is not necessary for the product tofunction.
  5. In addition to this information, we may collect information such asbrowser metadata and how often you log in, what features you use in the productetc. in order to help us understand high level analytics of how the product issued.
  6. Other: Identification data: name/s and surname/s; address;Identification tax number (NIF/DNI/NIE), economic, financial, or banking data,if applicable (such us, billing information, in particular). academic andprofessional data: training/qualifications, student record, professionalexperience, membership of professional associations, among others, ifapplicable. Giving testimonials concerning to the provided services, which maybe sent by the client to Company, and we may then post to our sites.
  7. Clients’ records after the Services are rendered.
  8. Any other information you choose to submit to the Services.

 

5. How we use your data.

We may use data wecollect about you to:

  1. We will use your data to provide our Services to you; we use the paymentdata you provide to us in order to alert you of, to allow us to present thebilling history, and to perform internal financial processes.
  2. Improve our products. Analysis about your use of, or interest in ourproducts.
  3. We may send you service emails to ensure the service is workingproperly.
  4. Subject to your preference, we may send you emails about new productfeatures or other news about Company or on topics we think would be relevant toyou.
  5. We may contact you to inform you about changes in your services, ourservice offering and other important service-related notices.
  6. To communicate to you information related to the Services, news and value-addedimprovements, as well as related activities and training.
  7.  If you apply to a job position in Company, when you send us yourapplication to participate in a job application process.
  8. To post Your testimonials or any relevant experience with the aim toshow the day-to-day activity of Company.
  9. As a recommendation of the “International Coaching Federation”, weprocess all clients’ records during the coaching performance and because of theCoaching Agreement.
  10. To detect, investigate and prevent activity, we think may be potentiallyillegal, unlawful or harmful and to enforce our Statement or any other purposereferenced herein or therein.
  11. We may use your data to comply with applicable legal obligations as wellas to protect our rights and interests as well as the rights and interests ofour users and any other person.

 

6. Security of your data.

  1.  We take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the data entrustedto us and treat it securely in accordance with this Statement. We implementsafeguards designed to protect your data from accidental/unlawful destruction,loss, alteration, and unauthorized dissemination. We will retain your data asneeded to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as needed tofulfil our business needs or legal requirements. In the event that a securityissue arises, we will disclose any relevant information via email or our socialmedia channels.
  2. We have implemented technical andorganizational measures designed to protect the data and protect its security,availability, integrity and confidentiality.
  3. Datacollection is limited to the purposes of processing (or the data that Youchoose to provide).

7. Use of third-party services.

The use of third-partyservices and software libraries is necessary to help power features of Companyincluding providers where raw entries and conversations may be sent in order topower functionality like the talking with coaching. By using Company, you areeffectively agreeing to this Privacy Statement of our providers. We will do ourbest to remove any identifiable information before sending to our providers butbecause we do not control the content that is input, we cannot fully guaranteethat identifiable information is not sent to our providers. 

8. Privacy Rights.

THIS INCLUDES CALIFORNIA (ANDOTHER STATES [INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO VIRGINIA AND COLORADO)] AND OTHERAPPLICABLE LAWS FOR PRIVACY RIGHTS SUCH AS GDPR. The following disclosures areintended to provide additional information about (1) the categories of PersonalInformation we collect (as defined above), (2) the source of the PersonalInformation, (3) how we use each category of Personal Information, and (4) howwe disclose Personal Information. These disclosures do not limit our ability touse or disclose information as described above.

  1. Category of Personal Information: Name, e-mailor user ID, profile password, gender, phone number, payment details, date ofbirth, geolocation, and any other conversation content that might be generatedby you on the Services or your use of the Services.
  2. Sources of Personal Information: directly fromyou, third-party sites or sources such as our trusted business partners ,analytics tools, and social networks.
  3.  Use of Personal Information: deliver theServices to you, provide you information and communicate with you about youraccount and usage such as about your payments or transaction history, provideyou promotions, enhance and personalize your user experience. Lastly, toimprove our Services as well as build new services in the future.
  4.  Disclosure of Personal Information: ouraffiliates, our services providers such as for hosting the Service, processingpayments, and communicating with you.

Verification: in order to protect yourPersonal Information from unauthorized access or deletion, we may require youto verify your identity before you can submit a privacy request to know ordelete Personal Information. In order to keep your data accurate and complete,you can log in to review and update your Account data. You may also contact usto: request the personal data we have collected from you or request therectification or deletion of such data. We will do our best to honor yourrequests subject to any legal and contractual obligations. If you do not wishto receive promotional emails from us, you may opt out at any time by using thelink in the email itself. Please note that it may take up to ten (10) days toprocess your request.

Authorized Agent. You may submit a request toknow or a request to delete your Personal Information through an authorizedagent. If you do so, the agent must present signed written permission to act onyour behalf and you may also be required to independently verify your identityand submit proof of your residency.

If you are an individual located in anotherjurisdiction outside of the United States (“US”) or the European Economic Area,United Kingdom, or Switzerland (collectively “EEA”) with laws governing dataprocessing that differ from US or EEA laws, please be aware that data wecollect will be processed and stored in the US or in other countries where weor our service providers have operations. Your use of the Services is voluntaryand you are doing so with a full understanding that by submitting your data to Company,you understand and acknowledge to have your data transferred to, US or anotherjurisdiction which may not offer the same level of privacy protection as thosein the country where you are located.
